Do you accept mold-only projects?
We focus on producing molded plastic parts. New tooling is supplied only as part of an injection molding production project. We do not quote mold-only export projects.
Can I transfer an existing mold to your factory?
Yes — if your mold is currently in China. We inspect the mold, review its condition, complete any required repair or modification, and establish a stable injection molding process.
Do you support both standard and cleanroom molding?
Yes. We provide standard injection molding and ISO Class 8 cleanroom molding for parts with strict cleanliness and process-control requirements.
What production volumes do you support?
Sampling: MOQ ≥ 10 units.
Mass production: MOQ ≥ 50 units.
What quality documents can you provide?
Available documentation includes FAI, MSA, CPK, PPAP, and IQ/OQ/PQ packages based on project requirements.
