Do you accept mold-only projects?
We focus on injection-molded plastic-part production. New tooling is supplied as part of an injection molding production program, rather than as a mold-only export project.
How does in-house tooling support injection molding production?
The tooling and injection molding teams work inside the same factory. This allows sample feedback, mold modification, production trials, maintenance, and production needs to be coordinated directly.
Can you build single-cavity and multi-cavity production molds?
Yes. We support single-cavity and multi-cavity production tooling. The cavity layout is reviewed according to the part, expected production quantity, mold requirements, and injection molding setup.
Can you maintain or modify the mold during mass production?
Yes. Our in-house tooling team supports planned maintenance, repairs, and approved mold modification throughout the injection molding program.
Can you take over an existing production mold?
Yes, when the production mold is currently in China. We inspect its condition and review the part and production requirements before confirming the mold-transfer plan.
