What information should I send for an injection molding quotation?
Send your available part drawings and 3D models, material specification, expected production quantity, and whether the project needs new tooling or uses an existing production mold already in China.
When will Vicmold reply to my inquiry?
We reply within 12 working hours. Our project support hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, China Standard Time (UTC+8).
Can Vicmold sign an NDA before I send confidential files?
Yes. Send us your NDA format and we can review and sign it before you share confidential drawings and project files.
Can you take over an existing production mold?
Yes, when the production mold is already in China. Send the part and mold information, available files or photos, current mold location, resin specification, and expected production quantity for an initial review.
How can I send large drawing or 3D model files?
Email the files or a secure download link to info@vicmold.com. Include your name, company, and a short project description so we can match the files to your inquiry.
Can I arrange a visit to the Shenzhen factory?
Yes. Email your preferred visit date and project purpose to info@vicmold.com so the Vicmold team can confirm the appointment and factory arrangements.
