Reduce Risk Before Production Starts

We check the material, part design, production mold, and sample requirements before mass production.

01Lower Material Risk

The resin specification is confirmed before sampling to reduce material errors and unnecessary trials.

02Faster Response During Mass Production

If tooling maintenance or process adjustment is needed during mass production, our in-house tooling and molding teams coordinate directly to help reduce downtime.

03Clear Sample Approval Standard

Dimensions, appearance, and functional requirements are confirmed before mass production.

04Direct Factory Coordination

Tooling, molding, and inspection teams work together directly inside the same factory.

BEFORE SAMPLING

Confirm Material Requirements Before Sampling

Send the exact resin brand and grade with your drawing. We review the material and part requirements before sampling, helping reduce material errors, repeated trials, and avoidable mold changes.

01
Exact Material ConfirmedThe resin brand, grade, reinforcement, and required additives are confirmed before sampling.
02
Special Requirements Reviewed SeparatelyMedical-grade materials, flame-retardant grades, custom colors, and other special requirements are discussed and confirmed for each project.
03
Sample Approval Requirements AgreedDimensions, appearance, and functional checks are confirmed before the sample is submitted for approval.

PART AND MOLD REVIEW

Find Problems Before Mass Production

Before mass production, we review the part, production mold, and molded samples together. This helps identify filling, release, warpage, appearance, and dimensional issues while changes can still be made quickly.

Part Design Review

Wall thickness, ribs, bosses, undercuts, assembly areas, visible surfaces, and key dimensions.

Mold Function Review

Gate, cooling, venting, ejection, and mold details are checked for the selected resin and part.

Sample Inspection

Warpage, dimensions, surface appearance, weld lines, exposed fiber, color, and function are checked using the agreed requirements.

Corrections Before Approval

Required mold changes or process adjustments are completed before mass production.

ONE FACTORY TEAM

Faster Mold Changes, Less Production Delay

Our tooling and molding teams work in the same factory. Sample feedback goes directly to the people who can modify the mold, helping corrections and new trials move forward faster.

  • Tooling checked for the exact resin and part design
  • New tooling, mold changes, and maintenance completed in-house
  • Single-cavity and multi-cavity production options
  • Corrected samples checked before mass production

From Drawing Review to Mass Production

Four clear stages keep the material, tooling, sample approval, and production requirements aligned.

01 · REVIEW

Review Drawings and Material

Confirm the exact resin grade, color, quantity, appearance, function, and critical dimensions.

02 · PREPARE

Prepare the Mold and Sample

Review the production tooling, prepare the material, and define the required inspection points.

03 · APPROVE

Approve the Molded Sample

Check dimensions, appearance, color, and function using the agreed requirements.

04 · PRODUCE

Start Mass Production

Use the approved material and molding setup, with the agreed production checks applied.

APPROVAL AND INSPECTION

Production Parts Checked Using Your Approved Requirements

Before mass production, we agree on the critical dimensions, appearance points, color, and functional requirements. Production parts are then checked using these agreed criteria.

01
Critical Dimensions ConfirmedKey dimensions and inspection points are agreed before mass production.
02
Appearance and Color CheckedVisible surfaces, color, and other agreed appearance points are checked during production.
03
Inspection Records as RequiredInspection and quality records are prepared according to the requirements agreed for the project.

Engineering Plastics Injection Molding FAQs

What engineering plastics have you molded?

Our confirmed experience includes PEEK, PPS, PPSU, PCTG, POM, PA66+GF, PC, COC, COP, PPO/PPE, and PETG. Other engineering plastics can be reviewed based on the exact grade and project requirements.

Can you mold glass-filled materials such as GF30 and GF40?

Yes. We have experience with PA66+GF, including GF30 and GF40.

Do you have experience with PEEK injection molding?

Yes, PEEK can be reviewed for custom injection molding projects. Send the exact PEEK brand and grade, drawing, expected quantity, part use, appearance, and key dimensional requirements.

Can you match a Pantone color?

Yes. For standard color requirements, we can generally provide color masterbatch or dry color (powdered pigment) based on a Pantone reference or an approved physical color sample. Medical-grade, food-contact, or other regulated or special-grade material and color requirements need to be discussed and confirmed separately before sampling.

Do you provide material selection support?

We can review the material specified for your project and discuss alternatives based on the part use and production requirements. Final material approval remains based on your technical and regulatory requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Sampling: MOQ ≥ 10 units.

Mass production: MOQ ≥ 50 units.

What information do you need for a quotation?

For a new production program, send the 2D drawing, 3D STEP/STP file, resin specification, and expected mold life. For an existing mold already in China, also send available mold files, photos or video, and previous production information.
