Our 7,700 m² self-owned factory in Shenzhen brings in-house tooling support, standard injection molding, and ISO Class 8 cleanroom molding together under one roof.
We manufacture precision injection molded plastic parts for medical, automotive, electronics, aerospace, energy, data center, and other demanding applications worldwide. Our engineering, production, and quality teams support each project from drawing review and DFM through tooling, validation, and stable production.

Flymould Founded
Founded in Shenzhen with in-house precision mold design and injection molding for production parts.
Injection Molding Expansion
Opened a dedicated injection molding factory, imported Japanese FANUC machines, and introduced automation for higher-volume production.
Cleanroom Workshop Launched
Built an ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom for plastic parts with strict cleanliness requirements, with IQ/OQ/PQ validation support and full traceability.
Dual Industry Certifications
Achieved ISO 13485 for medical devices and IATF 16949 for automotive quality management, broadening our regulated industry capabilities.
Smart Large-Tonnage Line
Added a 1,500-ton injection molding machine with robotic automation, expanding our in-house molding capacity to 80T–1,500T and supporting the production of larger molded parts.
