Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Vicmold website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order with Vicmold (the international team of Flymould Industrial Co., Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all inquiries, quotes, orders, and business relationships between Vicmold / Flymould Industrial Co., Ltd. and our customers.

Vicmold provides precision injection molding solutions including but not limited to:

• Standard injection molding production
• Cleanroom injection molding (ISO Class 8)
• In-house production tooling and mold making
• Mold transfer and existing mold production
• Engineering and high-performance plastic molding
• Value-added services (printing, welding, assembly, packaging)

All services are provided by Flymould Industrial Co., Ltd. at our factory in Shenzhen, China. Vicmold serves as the international sales and customer support team for our overseas customers.

Quotes — All quotes are provided in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in the quote document.

Order confirmation — An order is considered confirmed when:

• The customer provides written confirmation of acceptance
• The deposit payment has been received
• Both parties agree on final specifications, drawings, and materials

Changes to orders — Any design changes, material changes, or specification changes after order confirmation may result in additional costs and extended lead times. We will provide a revised quote and timeline for your approval before proceeding with any changes.

Tooling (mold) projects:

• 50% deposit upon order confirmation
• 50% balance upon T1 sample approval (before mass production)

Production orders:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment

Accepted payment methods: Bank wire transfer (T/T) unless otherwise specified in the official quote. Payment must be received in full before production begins (for tooling) or before shipment (for production orders).

Late payments: If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to pause production, delay shipment, or cancel the order. Any costs incurred due to payment delays will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lead times — Estimated lead times are provided in quotes and are based on project complexity. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to factors including but not limited to material availability, design changes, quality verification requirements, and production schedule.

Shipping methods:

• Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — for samples and small orders
• Air freight — for medium-sized shipments
• Sea freight (LCL / FCL) — for large volume orders

Shipping terms — Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are FOB Shenzhen, China. The customer is responsible for freight charges, insurance, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

Risk of loss — Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier. We recommend arranging cargo insurance for all shipments.

Quality standard — All parts are manufactured according to customer-approved drawings and specifications. We follow a strict 4-step quality process: raw material inspection, first article inspection, in-process quality checks, and final inspection before shipment.

Warranty period — We warrant that products will conform to approved drawings and specifications at the time of shipment, as documented in our final inspection report. Any quality issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods, with photographic or documentary evidence.

Warranty claims — If products are found to be defective due to manufacturing error, we will, at our option:

• Replace the defective parts at no charge
• Refund the purchase price for the defective parts
• Repair the tooling at no charge (if the defect is tooling-related)

Exclusions — Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, customer design changes, normal wear and tear, misuse, or materials provided by the customer. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Customer IP — All designs, drawings, specifications, and product information provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. We will not use, reproduce, or disclose customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer's order.

Mold ownership and storage — Once full payment for tooling has been received, the customer owns the mold. We store customer molds at our facility for ongoing production. Molds are stored free of charge for 12 months from the last production date. After 12 months of inactivity, we will notify the customer. If the customer does not arrange for mold pick-up or confirm continued storage within 30 days of notification, the mold is considered abandoned and we may dispose of it at our discretion. Storage fees may apply for molds kept beyond the free period, as specified in the quote or project agreement.

Process IP — Our manufacturing processes, techniques, and know-how remain the property of Flymould Industrial Co., Ltd. DFM feedback and manufacturing recommendations are provided for the customer's benefit but do not transfer any process intellectual property.

Both parties agree to keep all business information, technical data, pricing, and project details confidential. We will not disclose customer information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., material suppliers, shipping partners).

Our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements. Customer drawings and project files are stored securely with access limited to the team working on the project.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for projects involving sensitive intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vicmold / Flymould Industrial Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising from or related to the use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government regulations, pandemics, or transportation issues.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Shenzhen, China.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For existing orders, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
